
Senior Finance Business Partner - PlayStation Store

- Forecasting, sizing, tracking and reporting PS Store revenue growth initiatives across a variety of projects and teams
- Build the financial forecast for Store promotions; modelling and data lead challenges/ support to business proposals
- Contribute to the budgeting, forecasting and Mid-Range Plan processes in close collaboration with PS Store Planning team
- Provides timely reports and drives standardisation of outputs across Digital Finance
- Return on investment for all promotion activities with recommendations for process and commercial improvements
- Drive consistency in measurement approach across key growth initiatives including Payments, Customer Lifetime Value Optimisation and Personalisation
- Works closely with the business on Experimentation programmes
- Lead on business casing for new business activity within the Store, ensuring they follow the appropriate governance and review
- Provide business partnering support to PS Store Commercial team to drive value and growth
- Perform store-specific analysis, e.g., business cases and consumer investment analysis
- Drive analysis on promo investment and price optimisation/elasticity for new releases, new and back catalogue
- Drive business results through performing what-if / scenario planning through margin
- Consulted and challenges budget, forecasts, and mid-range plan
- Ensure alignment between Store and Services
- Qualified Accountant or MBA with at least 5 years relevant PQE in a finance function
- Senior level business partner experience ideally at board or global level
- Strong financial background with ability to evaluate financial impact of business decisions
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools such as SAP, Workday Adaptive, Domo and Tableau
- Experience of working in a regional /global environment
- Experience of digital products or subscription services (i.e. online services & entertainment business (Games/ Film / Music)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, including the ability to present detailed analyses
- Organised self-starter, with drive and ambition who thrives under pressure, and is capable of confidently working alongside the most senior stakeholders across the wider business
