This role is hybrid with our office based in Newcastle.We're hiring an Insights, Pricing and Invoicing Lead to oversee accurate, timely invoicing and pricing across our Energy and Water customers. You'll drive efficiency, improve reporting and scripting, and ensure governance of pricing portals. You'll coach the team in SQL and Power BI, support audits, and lead on pricing documentation and validation processes. Collaborating with CRMs, Finance, Commercial and SLT, you'll help maintain frameworks that enable revenue generation. You'll also support data analysis and may deputise for the Invoicing, Reporting and Digital Manager.
