
Property Manager

- Respond to reactive maintenance reports from tenants
- Liaise with block managers on communal issues affecting tenants
- Process checkout reports and coordinate bond deposit repayments
- Proactively organise certification to ensure compliance across the portfolio
- Instruct contractors and follow up on works orders
- Maintain high standards of customer service to all clients
- Previous experience in Property Management or Property Administration (essential)
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Team player who thrives in a busy environment
- Process-driven with a positive, can-do attitude
- Knowledge of Vebra Alto
- Experience working with Build-to-Rent (BTR) portfolios
