π· Salary: Β£28,000 - Β£31,000 base salary + Β£62.64 per sleep-in (Potential earnings up to Β£38,516)
π Working Hours: Full-time, including weekends β approx. 2 on / 4 off - working shifts and 9 to 5. Our deputies currently do 70% shifts and 30% admin work.
π€ Number of Sleeps Required: Around 10 sleeps per month
ποΈ Pay Per Sleep: Β£62.64

π₯ Service Users: YPs with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties
π Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or NVQ 3 in Caring for Children and Young People
π Experience Required: Minimum 1 year working with YPs with EBD

- Providing high-quality care and daily supervision for young people
- Taking charge of the home in the absence of the Registered Manager
- Supporting and supervising staff, including recruitment and training involvement
- Ensuring accurate records, logs, and reports are maintained
- Promoting and ensuring adherence to Health & Safety and safeguarding policies
- Attending and contributing to meetings, supervision, and appraisals
- Flexibility to work across other homes when required
