This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to innovative manufacturing processes and help drive the company’s continued success.Machining Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Service, maintain, and repair a range of CNC machines, including Index, Chiron, Mazak, and Citizen
  • Diagnose faults and perform corrective actions using PLC systems
  • Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings
  • Follow scheduled maintenance and repair plans to meet production demands
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Machining Engineer Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machine tools, including maintenance, servicing, and repair
  • Proficient in diagnosing CNC faults through PLC systems
  • Solid understanding of servo systems, with experience in Siemens systems being an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure while upholding high-quality standards
  • Desirable: Experience in a tool room environment, including fixture manufacturing, repair, and component rework
Machining Engineer Working Hours:
  • Monday – Thursday, 07:00 – 16:00
  • Friday, 07:00 – 12:00
