We are supporting their search for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant (Grade C) specialising in Autism, to join their passionate team on a full-time basis.About the Role:
  • Support autistic students in the classroom and during interventions
  • Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group support
  • Serve as a keyworker for students with more complex needs
  • Work closely with staff, families, and professionals to personalise learning
  • Share effective strategies for supporting autistic learners
  • Be part of a collaborative and nurturing SEND team
Who We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar SEN role (essential for Grade C)
  • Genuine interest in Autism and inclusive education
  • Resilient, empathetic, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • A sense of humour and a positive outlook!

Role Details:
  • Location: Winchester, Hampshire
  • Contract Type: Permanent, Term-Time only (34 hours/week)
  • Salary: Grade C - £24,405 to £25,430
  • Actual Salary (Term Time): £19,183 to £19,988
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:00pm. term time only.
