Driving Licence: Ideally a driver due to school accessibilityProspero Teaching is looking for a dedicated and nurturing Primary Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils in Reception/Year 1 or Year 1/2 classes at a welcoming primary school in Winchester. This is a full-time role with the potential to become permanent, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact in a supportive educational setting.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to pupils in class and small group settings
- Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement
- Support pupils’ academic and emotional development
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Experience working with primary-aged children
- Enthusiastic, patient, and reliable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ideally a driver due to school location
