- Prepare compliant Suitability Letters and Client Fact Reports (CFRs)
- Gather, analyse, and interpret client and third-party financial data
- Conduct research to support financial recommendations
- Complete critical yield calculations and generate accurate illustrations
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and compliant
- Maintain and update client data in Salesforce
- Respond to internal technical queries and support the wider team
- Liaise with Business Assurance to ensure quality and turnaround standards
- Keep up to date with industry regulations, internal processes, and product changes
- Manage personal workflow and contribute to process improvements
- Diploma-qualified (minimum); working towards Chartered status preferred
- Prior experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar technical support role
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent written communication and grammar
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of pensions, investments, tax, and trusts
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with templated reports and compliance framework
