- Prepare detailed and accurate reports for financial advisers, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Conduct in-depth research on financial products and solutions to support client recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with advisers to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Maintain and update client records within the company systems, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Assist with the preparation of client review packs and meeting documentation.
- Support the development of financial planning strategies tailored to individual client goals.
- Monitor industry changes and ensure all documentation remains compliant with current regulations.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth workflow within the secretarial & business support team.
- Experience in financial services with a focus on paraplanning or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A relevant qualification in financial planning or the willingness to work towards one.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team goals.
