And, its an opportunity to pursue a rewarding career as a key member of a caring team.Main duties of the jobThe administrator will be responsible for the processing of completed examination reports for referring clinicians, it may also include cover of the reception desk, appointment scheduling, and data entry. Training will be provided for all of the above duties and supported by the Administration Lead.About usYou will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to stay calm in difficult circumstances as well as:
  • Previous administration experience in a similar setting
  • Experience of working in a customer care environment
  • Professional telephone Manner
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of IT and software packages (Word/Excel)
  • Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
