Salary: £28,000 per annumAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly organised Corporate Sales Administrator to join a busy sales team in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a successful sales operation.As Corporate Sales Administrator, you will report directly to the Corporate Sales Director and play a vital role in supporting the sales process – from order processing and invoicing to liaising with customers and keeping records up to date.What You’ll Be DoingYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Processing vehicle orders in line with sales requirements.
  • Printing invoices from the manufacturer system and uploading to internal systems.
  • Updating corporate customers weekly with the status of their orders.
  • Uploading required documentation (e.g. delivery notes, vehicle registration details).
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure vehicles are prepared with required work or accessories.
  • Coordinating with support teams to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.
  • Completing invoicing and ensuring all costs are included.
  • Managing and updating spreadsheets and order banks daily.
  • Booking deliveries with agents and sending required paperwork to brokers/leasing companies.
  • Supporting dealership reporting and database management.
  • Promoting strong working relationships across the business.
  • Carrying out any additional administrative tasks as needed.
