Vehicle Technician - Main Dealer
  • Location: Telford
  • Basic Salary: Up to £34,000 basic salary
  • Bonus: Up to £4,000+ per annum
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:15pm (45-minute lunch break)
About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a successful main dealer workshop. You'll be carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance work on a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards, with full support and ongoing training provided.Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out diagnostics, servicing and repair work to the highest standard
  • Ensure vehicles are inspected and repaired within agreed timeframes
  • Complete vehicle health checks in line with company and manufacturer procedures
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records
  • Work efficiently to support workshop productivity targets
Requirements for you as a Vehicle Technician:
  • NVQ/IMI Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience working in a dealership or busy independent garage
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Able to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic salary up to £34,000 (with annual company salary review)
  • Weekly efficiency bonus of £90 (£4,000+ per annum)
  • Monday-Friday working hours (with rota'd Saturdays)
