Previous experience working in Education is an advantage.As a Cover supervisor your role would be to cover pre planned lessons when the teacher cannot be in class.Role & Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students stay on task.
  • Provide support and guidance to students to facilitate their learning.
  • Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
  • Monitor student behavior and implement school policies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required.

  • Relevant qualifications.
  • An up to date enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one.
  • Proven ability to inspire and engage students through creative lesson planning.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
