West LondonWe are seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join a mid-sized, high-end design studio working on prestigious residential projects across the UK and internationally. This role involves collaborating closely with the leadership team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of design and client satisfaction.The successful candidate will have a proven track record in luxury residential design, strong technical expertise (including FF&E), and extensive experience managing projects from concept through to completion. A proactive, detail-driven, and client-focused approach is essential.
- Lead projects from design development through delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director while overseeing junior and mid-weight designers.
- Act as a client liaison, nurturing relationships and representing the brand professionally.
- Manage project resources, drawing packages, schedules, and contractual obligations.
- Support business development through client pitches and presentations.
- Mentor and support the design team, ensuring performance, growth, and wellbeing.
- Produce and review detailed design information, drawings, and specifications.
- Create cohesive design concepts, material palettes, and interior architectural details.
- Maintain supplier relationships and stay informed on design trends and innovations.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety, and company systems.
