Their work spans high-end residential and boutique hospitality projects across London and the Cotswolds. They pride themselves on their collaborative studio culture, commitment to excellence, and bold yet considered design approach.They are currently seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their team full-time. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and meet the criteria below, we’d love to hear from you.What We’re Looking ForExperience & SkillsMinimum 1 year in a UK-based Senior Interior Designer role, specifically in high-end residential projects.Strong project management skills: from concept to completion.Confident leading site visits, design meetings, and liaising with clients and consultants.Experience with tender documentation, scheduling, FF&E procurement and installations.Clear, confident, and professional communicator — both verbal and written.A highly organised, methodical approach and ability to work independently.A team player with a positive, proactive attitude and excellent problem-solving abilities.Confident overseeing and mentoring junior team members.Technical ProficiencyProficient in Vectorworks (VWX) — or confident in transitioning from AutoCAD.Experience using ESTI for procurement and FF&E tracking.Skilled in producing high-quality CAD drawing packages, including layouts, elevations, joinery details, and schedules.Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop).Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Team ManagementLead design projects from concept through to install with minimal supervision.Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.Conduct and minute site meetings, track programme progress, and liaise with consultants.Oversee FF&E installations and manage project snagging.Delegate tasks clearly and ensure accountability across the design team.Train and mentor new team members.Studio Culture & CollaborationCollaborate with Directors and fellow designers to drive creative output and uphold studio values.Contribute to the development of studio systems and processes.Represent the business at industry events and support with business development.Full-time studio-based role with regular site visits.What They OfferA beautifully designed, light-filled studio in Central London, located in a creative courtyard alongside top-tier design studios.A warm and inclusive team culture with regular lunches, social events, and an open, collaborative environment.The opportunity to work on exceptional residential and hospitality projects in London, the Cotswolds, Mayfair, and more.Membership to the Luxury Property Forum for professional development and networking.A fully stocked kitchen — snacks, great coffee, teas, and the occasional glass of bubbles!Friday 4pm finishes, workload permitting.Summer and Christmas celebrations, and plenty of studio outings.Work on Apple Macs with access to Vectorworks (VWX), InDesign, and Photoshop.How to ApplyWe’re only accepting applications from candidates currently based in London.
