We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor based in Bedford for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.Summary of the Customer Service Advisor roleSalary: up to £26,000
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hour working week Monday – FridayResponsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor
  • Order entry via SAP.
  • Act as the first point of call for all customers.
  • Assist customers with enquiries and provide updates on orders.
  • Maintain and analyse customer forecasts.
  • Engage in monthly forecasting review meetings.
  • Create purchase orders.
Requirements for a successful Customer Service Advisor
  • Experience within a similar role previously.
  • Analytical and reporting skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Well organised, with attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and SAP.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
