Hours: 37 hour working week Monday – FridayResponsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor
- Order entry via SAP.
- Act as the first point of call for all customers.
- Assist customers with enquiries and provide updates on orders.
- Maintain and analyse customer forecasts.
- Engage in monthly forecasting review meetings.
- Create purchase orders.
- Experience within a similar role previously.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Well organised, with attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and SAP.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
