We have an exciting opportunity for an Online Customer Service Advisor to join our clients growing team in Biggleswade.This role is integral to supporting the day-to-day operations of their customer services department within the expanding and dynamic business.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers and internal team members.
  • Processing orders placed via the website and internal systems.
  • Communicating with customers through online chat and email.
  • Tracking and managing orders by liaising with courier networks.
  • Assisting customers with website navigation and order placement.
  • Performing general office and customer service duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Computer literate with the ability to adapt to new systems (training provided).
  • Prior experience in an office-based customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong telephone and email communication skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to delivering excellent service.
