- Lead the discovery phase of delivery, ensuring business processes, requirements, and outcomes are clearly understood and documented.
- Identify and assess opportunities for Power Platform and AI solutions, contributing to the prioritisation of a delivery backlog based on feasibility, ROI, and strategic value.
- Model As-is and To-be business processes, presenting these to stakeholders and the team to ensure understanding and secure buy-in.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of user stories across the project, supporting effective backlog management and delivery planning.
- Work with client stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical leads to co-design viable MVPs and delivery roadmaps.
- Promote high standards in process understanding, requirements definition, and stakeholder engagement across the team.
- Adapt delivery approaches (Agile, iterative, or hybrid) to suit the client’s context and digital maturity.
- Support the development of delivery standards, tooling, and reusable frameworks within the practice.
- Actively develop your own skills and share knowledge within the team and wider community.
- Support in delivering client platform strategy, maturity assessments, and operating model design when required.
- Experience delivering Business Applications or automation projects across discovery, design, and delivery phases.
- Strong working knowledge of the Power Platform, with awareness of Copilot and AI/automation technologies.
- Experience in stakeholder management, comfortable challenging decisions where appropriate and tailoring communication styles to different audiences.
- Accomplished at modelling As-is and To-be processes, and able to communicate these effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent user story writing skills, ensuring quality and consistency across the project.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methods, backlog management, and requirements gathering.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt delivery approaches to suit the context.
- Experience working in complex or regulated environments (e.g. public sector, finance, healthcare).
- Exposure to designing and implementing operating models and/or Centres of Excellence, including assessing platform maturity (new – added to reflect relevant but non-core experience).
- Exposure to service design or UX methods, especially in automation or AI-enabled experiences.
- Involvement in change management and adoption activities for technology-led transformation.
- Certifications in Power Platform, AI, or process improvement (e.g. PL-200, Lean Six Sigma)
- Experience contributing to pre-sales activities such as proposals, proof-of-concepts, or client presentations.
