- Partner with clients to define their Power Platform and AI vision and strategy, aligning it with organisational priorities and opportunities for transformation.
- Review current platform maturity and design Centres of Excellence and operating models that enable sustainable adoption, governance, and value realisation, and support their implementation.
- Identify, assess, and prioritise opportunities for Power Platform and AI solutions, creating a delivery backlog based on feasibility, ROI, and strategic value.
- Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams within client projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and quality standards, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Act as a people manager for Business Applications Consultants and Analysts, supporting their performance, wellbeing, and career progression, and promoting high standards in process understanding , requirements definition, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support pre-sales and business development activity, contributing to proposals, client presentations, proof-of-concepts, and pre-discovery shaping
- Work with client stakeholders, Product Owners and technical leads to co-design viable MVPs and roadmaps.
- Adapt delivery approaches (Agile, iterative, or hybrid) to suit the client’s context and digital maturity.
- Contribute to capability development across the practice through coaching, internal tools, and communities of practice.
- Proven experience leading Business Applications and automation initiatives across discovery, design, and delivery phases.
- Expertise in Power Platform and Microsoft Business Applications, with working knowledge of Copilot and AI/automation technologies.
- Strong consulting skills and the ability to translate technical possibilities into business value.
- Experience designing and implementing operating models and/or Centres of Excellence, including assessing platform maturity.
- Experience working in complex or regulated environments (e.g. public sector, finance, healthcare).
- Experience in leading teams and ensuring best practices in stakeholder engagement, process analysis, and delivery planning.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methods, backlog management, and ensuring quality in user story definition at scale.
- Commercial awareness and ability to support sales and business development (e.g. contributing to proposals, PoCs, and pre-discovery shaping).
- Familiarity with Microsoft’s broader technology stack (e.g. Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Azure integration).
- Exposure to service design or UX methods, especially in automation or AI-enabled experiences.
- Certifications in Power Platform, AI, or process improvement (e.g. PL-200, Lean Six Sigma).
- Experience in change management and adoption planning for technology-led transformation.- this makes it explicit.
