- Defining, managing and leading your product from ideation through to delivery. Building the overall product roadmap working with Design, Data and CRM managers to analyse customer and operational requirements and align them with the strategic goals of the business
- Taking initiatives, problem statements or feature requests and breaking them down into actionable user experiences and work flows that bring the most value whilst being aligned with the strategy.
- Working in full collaboration with the different organisational units (marketing, R&D, UX/UI designers, BI, and more)
- Acting as the primary liaison and link between all stakeholders, teams, and departments through the whole product life cycle, you will ensure clarity of the latest update on the product, removal of blockers and keep track of business deliverable commitments
- Working closely with the Product function both within your specific area and overall to ensure product alignment across the company
- Taking opportunities to learn, grow and understand what the latest is from our competitors (inside and out of the industry), the current market trends and latest customer experiences are
- Leeds-based with proven experience as a data-driven product manager working with agile methodologies, effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with internet and mobile technologies, knowledgeable in the world of CRM and marketing systems
- Great interpersonal skills such as active listening and collaboration when working with other teams or departments on a common goal with a high standard of written, visual, and verbal communication skills, to be able to communicate clearly through all means.
- Highly organised in terms of planning and prioritisation of workload and effective time management skills with great attention to detail with a curious nature, embracing ambiguity and having the confidence to ask “Why?" with good working knowledge of Design, you appreciate great design and enjoy collaborating on great user experiences you'll have a technological sense and the ability to translate product requirements into technical aspects.
