6 months contract, with a possibility of it being extendedExperience Needed
- Strong project management skills (Ideally with a Water background)
- Experience delivering construction projects
- Experience managing contracts with NEC3/4 and a working knowledge of the CDM Regulations
- Experience in project delivery to time and within budget, taking responsibility for financial monitoring and control, managing risks, and commercial governance throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Excellent communication skills, interface with Senior Programme Manager, our Operational Team and effectively manage other stakeholders across the business, communicating successfully on project deliverable
- Delivering key projects throughout their lifecycle
- To have a water hygiene card in place (Blue Card)
- Creating and managing project plans, including scope and schedule whilst proactively managing the project timeline
- Identify and manage risks with both internal and external stakeholders
- Managing Project budgets and forecasting costs
- Full attendance at site (Either Frankley or Strensham)
- Develop Project scope and manage changes
- Weekly progress update meetings with Contractors and the Operational Team including daily stand ups
- Track Project milestones and deliverables
- Leading on safety at site including daily briefings with contractors and weekly safety walks
- Managing the contract (NEC)
