- Support the planning, coordination and execution of sourcing and supply chain projects across multiple commodities.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables on time and within the scope
- Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, and updates for internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Partner closely with sourcing managers, supply chain team, finance, engineering, quality, operations to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring effective and timely communication.
- Support supplier engagement activities including data collection, meeting coordination, and follow-up actions.
- Analyse spend data, supplier performance metrics, and market trends to support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Develop and maintain project trackers, KPIs, and documentation for continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimise processes, improve efficiencies, and drive cost savings.
- Proactively identify potential risks, gaps, or bottlenecks within projects and recommend actionable solutions.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance collaboration, transparency, and efficiency across sourcing activities.
- Full accountability and ownership for all aspects of assigned areas of responsibility.
- Assist in documenting the best practices, workflows, and lessons learned for future initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or similar in supply chain management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain support role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, sourcing principles, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable in presenting information in a variety of formats to senior management.
- Highly organised, detailed-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive and solution-driven approach.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent English (verbal and written)
