Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Head of Communications to join our Marketing Team to drive forward our key strategic priorities in that you will lead the strategic campaign and story-telling activity across the UK to ensure key messages are aligned to our business priorities.With communications, no day is the same and you'll have an excellent grasp of being able to navigate the real story, be adept at articulating key messages and skilled in writing engaging communication. You will also be confident in networking and influencing colleagues from across our Retail and Support business, including our Senior Leadership team.The ideal candidate will be a skilled storyteller with a knack for interpersonal skills and a passion for creating experiences. The role will build a strong culture of collaboration to create experiences that engage, connect, and inspire the community of employees internally and to also excite key stakeholders externally.This Head of Communications role is extremely varied and requires the successful candidate to be adaptable and resilient, whilst also being able to juggle several responsibilities on a day-to-day basis.About You
Experience of working in a communications role & fast-paced collaborative environment
Strategic agility to connect the dots and evolve the message externally and internally
Ability to build credibility with senior business partners
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Analytical with excellent attention to detail
Ability to be flexible, managing priorities to meet competing deadlines
Digitally savvy with a strong news sense and excellent media handling skills
