Qualifications, Experiences, Skills & Competencies:Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Experience managing unified communications systems, such as Microsoft Teams and VoIP.
Demonstrated ability to deliver small to medium-scale projects on time and within budget.
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to communication platforms.
