About the RoleAs the experienced and results-driven Associate Director of Gross-to-Net Forecasting and Reporting, you will play a critical role in driving financial accuracy and strategic decision-making across our U.S. pharmaceutical portfolio.You will support contract negotiations and business planning by delivering high-impact insights that shape pricing, access, and revenue strategies.This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in the U.S. payer landscape and a proven track record in Gross-to-Net forecasting, accruals, and strategic analytics.If you thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, and are passionate about using data to influence outcomes, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.Main Responsibilities & Technical CompetenciesLead GTN Forecasting & Accruals
  • Develop and maintain accurate gross-to-net (GTN) forecasts and month-end accruals across all Commercial and Government channels and segments.
  • Drive discussions with key internal stakeholders to analyse GTN results and their impact on overall financial impact to the portfolio. Uses these discussions as key inputs into future forecasts.
  • Prepare and review month-end journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports related to GTN.
  • Oversee the accounting of GTN adjustments, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
Strategic Business Partnering
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Value & Access, Government Pricing, Commercial Brand Teams, and Business Operations) to support contracting negotiations through financial modelling and scenario planning
Insight Generation
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership that inform strategic decisions and optimize gross-to-net performance
  • Analyze historical data, market trends, and payer contracts to refine forecasting models to ensure alignment with business goals.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as Financial subject matter expert on the U.S. Payer system, advising on trends, risks, and opportunities
Process Optimization
  • Leverage and enhance current GTN reporting tools, methodologies, and processes to improve accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
  • Identifie opportunities to streamline processes and improve data integrity in GTN calculations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Accounting, FP&A, Value & Access, Commercial Sales team, and Group Treasury to ensure data integrity and alignment across functions
Knowledge & Experience:
  • 5-8 years of experience in GTN within the pharmaceutical industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the U.S. payer system, including Commercial and Government pricing implications.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modelling; familiarity with data visualization tools and ERP Systems (SAP).
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence top management and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Expert in Excel modelling and functionalities, while possessing experience and aptitude in creating automated GTN system driven models/calculations
Education / Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred

  • Fluent in English
The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $190,000.This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentives program.
