Parking: No, but public parking and a % reimbursed​My client, a well-established company with a portfolio of successful brands, is seeking a Retention Executive to join their reputable Marketing Team on a contract basisPurpose of the Role:To help increase repeat bookings by developing and delivering retention strategies across​ the company's brands. This role will focus on improving the customer journey, driving engagement​ and sharing insights that support better business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Use customer data to identify opportunities for improving retentionCreate and run campaigns for different customer groups (e.g. new, active, lapsing, lapsed, non-bookers)Track campaign performance and suggest improvementsRecommend target customer segments for direct mail, email and outbound call campaignsWork closely with the Client Engagement Manager to gather and share customer feedbackReview and improve customer journeys to increase leads and conversionBuild and manage automated email campaigns to generate leads, support sales, and build customer relationshipsCollaborate with the Digital Acquisition team to share insights that support new customer growthWork effectively across the marketing team and with other departmentsEnsure all communications align with brand guidelines and provide a consistent customer experienceSkills & Experience Required:Experience using customer data platforms​ (SCV)Knowledge of customer retention and lifecycle touchpointsInterest in customer behaviour and insightsBackground in email and digital marketing with a strong understanding of best practices and performance metricsStrong analytical skills and ability to measure ROIExperience working with external partners and cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsHigh attention to detail, with strong time management and organisational skillsProactive, customer-focused, and forward-thinkingStrong project management skills
