- Reviewing and updating recipes to ensure accuracy, food safety compliance, and adherence to Gousto's brand standards
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in recipes by working closely with teams such as Recipe Development, Menu Planning, and Supply Chain
- Managing and maintaining Gousto's recipe library, ensuring all information is current, accurate, and aligned with food safety standards
- Approving ingredient substitutions while maintaining recipe integrity and providing necessary updates to Customer Care for clear communication with customers
- Ensuring cooking instructions comply with food safety regulations and align with Gousto's tone of voice
- Conducting thorough food safety checks, including preparation methods, dietary requirements, and allergen compliance
- Monitoring and addressing customer and internal feedback regarding food safety concerns and quality issues
- Carrying out root cause analyses (RCAs) to identify and prevent errors, supporting continuous improvement efforts
- Assisting in cross-functional initiatives that enhance food safety, sustainability, and customer health
- Engaging in professional development opportunities to expand knowledge in food technology and safety

- Educated to HND/HNC level in a food-related subject
