These opportunities have become available following a recent transformation where existing post holders have successfully taken up promotional opportunities and new posts have been created to align the service to meet the needs of the people of North Lincolnshire.We are recruiting Social Workers across several teams, including:
  • Older People and Physical Disabilities
  • Mental Health and Learning Disabilities
  • Newly formed preparation for adult hood team
Whether you're newly qualified or experienced, we have exciting roles to suit your skills and interests.About the RoleAs a Social Worker, you will:
  • Work across North Lincolnshire as part of a skilled and supportive team
  • Support adults and their carers to identify their needs and achieve personal outcomes
  • Apply a strong understanding of relevant legislation and personalised approaches
  • Use your problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and IT skills to make a real difference

  • Qualified Social Workers registered with Social Work England
  • Strong team players with a proactive approach
  • Newly Qualified Social Workers are welcome - we offer a comprehensive ASYE programme to support you in your first year.
