Our client is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor to handle a varied caseload of property disputes work. This is an exciting role for a junior lawyer to join a fantastic legal brand and they look to expand their Leeds office.The Property Litigation Solicitor will deal with a range of responsibilities including;
  • Managing a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes.
  • Advise and represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Work closely with the Head of Property in the North and colleagues in London.
  • Pick up your own caseload of smaller value files
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support the team with business development initiatives and client pitches.

  • Experience handling property disputes and advising on landlord and tenant matters.
  • Likely to be between 0-3 years PQE
