This Service Controller role is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of skilled engineers, coordinating their workloads in order to deliver excellent customer service within an industry leading mobile plant manufacturer, based near to Bristol.Benefits of the Service Controller:

The CompanyJoin a leading construction company that supply market leading machinery including plant throughout the UK within various sectors including construction, waste, and demolition. Due to their ongoing success, they are now seeking a service controller to join one of their depots near Bristol.As a Service Controller, your duties will include:
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations
  • Coordinate the work of the team of engineers
  • Providing technical assistance to customers and engineers
  • Administer the warranty process
  • Providing quote and estimates for work and ensuring parts are available
  • Resolving invoice queries
As the Service Controller you will be able to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers and take ownership of the processes as defined above to maintain high levels of service.The ideal Service Controller will have the following attributes:
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Computer literate -Microsoft office and experience of ordering and warranty platforms
  • Technical knowledge, ideally gained from within a similar industry
  • Strong planning, time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt your approach and priorities in line with company requirements
To be considered for this Service Controller role you may have worked in positions such as a Service Coordinator, Workshop Controller, Service Planner, Maintenance Controller, Maintenance Coordinator or Maintenance Planner.
