Receptionist / Administrator required for Morson Grangemouth office.We have a new role available to work within our busy team in Grangemouth.Duties will include
  • Answering calls and assisting callers or directing calls this can be a wide range of queries from both our contractors and clients
  • Greeting visitors and preparing meeting rooms
  • Providing support to a busy recruitment office general office duties assisting with administration support
Candidates should have:
Excellent interpersonal skills in particular be a strong communicator
Previous reception or office admin experience - although we would also consider those in early stages of their careers
