- Once a new client has been implemented, walk through the process with the operation to check they are following SOP and SOP is working for client/operation.
- Work on the 30/30/90 day post implementation plan to analyse to see if client initial ask is what we are seeing in the operation both Operationally and Financially.
- Review the solution and identify if it’s working as expected, if not identify gaps and review any scope creep which needs to be discussed with the client.
- Depending on findings reach out to commercial, if scope creep is identified.
- Where needed make solutions design changes to the operation where Rerional team can facilitate. If it needs a full overhaul, work with solutions design to complete – including testing for solutions.
- Monitor warehouse capacity and ensure all corporate reports are updated
- During Handover phase, monitor sites inventory and send out reports on fixes (e.g. bad LP’s, stock in wrong locations etc) and train sites to check and monitor themselves.
- Additional training access to rules engine to update Fanatics Ecomm when needed.
- To be a first point of contact/escalation for sites before raising Help desk tickets.
- Set up and run both client facing and internal project startup calls, where needed.
- Manage project plan, where needed.
- Coordinate various departments/people to ensure timelines on project plan are kept and updated.
- Ensure we are on plan for go live.
- Creating locations for new warehouse
- Write SOP for new clients.
- Training new/existing staff on FP and client specific requirements
- Onsite and virtual support as sites start receiving inbound and outbound orders.
- Ensure site is fully trained and operational and slowly remove support till sites and running on their own
- Data analysis to ensure solutions are operating as expected.
- Power BI dashboards where necessary for specific client needs.

- Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable of warehouse operations and freight/logistics optimization.
- Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, and presentation skills.
- Minimum 2 years related experience.
- Minimum 1 year industry experience preferred.
