- Lead strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting on key metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion)
- Run A/B tests, optimise landing pages, and drive conversion rate improvements
- Collaborate with content, sales, and product teams to align messaging and funnel strategy
- Explore new growth channels and tactics to scale acquisition
- 6-7 years in performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven results in lead generation & revenue growth across international markets (US a plus)
- Hands-on expertise with paid media platforms & analytics (GA4, tag managers, CRO tools)
- Strong analytical mindset, commercial focus, and creative problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable working independently in a high-growth environment
