We're working with a well-established UK construction company specialising in groundworks and civil engineering. With an annual turnover of over £100 million and continued growth across the Midlands, Hertfordshire, and Buckinghamshire, they've built a strong reputation for delivering both large-scale and technically complex projects. Their work spans civil, commercial, and residential sectors, with project values typically ranging from £1m to £20m.ABOUT THE ROLEAs Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering RC Frame and Groundworks packages on projects valued between £1m and £20m across the Midlands, Hertfordshire, and Buckinghamshire. You'll take ownership of the commercial function from tender through to final account, working closely with the operations team to manage cost planning, contract administration, valuations, and forecasting.REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Experience with a Groundworks or Civil engineering subcontractor
  • Confident managing full project commercial lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
