O'Neill & Brennan are currently working with a well established main contractor who have are on the lookout for a Junior Health and Safety Advisor to work on fit-out projects across London.Role Overview:This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Health and Safety professional to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry, particularly in the fit-out sector. The successful candidate will support the Health & Safety team in monitoring compliance, promoting safe practices on-site, and helping maintain a positive safety culture across multiple project locations.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the implementation and enforcement of the company’s Health & Safety policies across active sites.Conduct site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with current legislation and company standards.Support in the preparation and review of risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).Assist in incident investigations, including documentation and root cause analysis.Monitor and record site health and safety performance.Help deliver toolbox talks and site inductions.Maintain Health and Safety documentation and assist in producing reports for senior management.Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to promote a strong safety-first culture.Requirements:NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent construction-related NEBOSH qualification).Strong interest in Health and Safety within a construction environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to various sites across London.What's on Offer?Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and training.Supportive team environment with clear progression opportunities.Exposure to high-profile fit-out projects across London.O'Neill and Brennan values diversity and promotes equality, All individuals will be treated in a fair and equal manner and in accordance with the law regardless of gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation
