Are you a qualified Accountant looking for a Management position within a friendly Firm, that can offer lots of autonomy and opportunities for progression?I am currently supporting an 11 Partner Firm with an office in Spalding, who are looking to recruit an audit and Accounts Manager, paying a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending upon experience. This Firm also pays overtime at Manager level, or you can take back the time in lieu and they foster a flexible working culture. The role is typically 70% accounts and 30% audit.Responsibilities:

  • Lead on audits with team members

  • Advise clients on business and personal accounts and tax matters
