The Financial Controller will be joining the team at a crucial point in their development and will be tasked with overseeing the financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance and strategic financial planning. This role will be instrumental in driving business performance, improving financial processes and supporting executive decision-making with reliable financial insights.Interviewing immediately.About you
  • Qualified Accountant with 5+ years' experience in similar level role
  • Excellent knowledge of forecasting models
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Innovative thinker with an ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Available at short notice
What you'll do
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law, financial regulations and internal policies
  • Manage cash flow and working capital
  • Implement and enhance internal controls and financial systems
  • Present financial results and insights to executive team
  • Management of finance team and operations
