ERP Administrator – ERP Optimisation RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to take ownership of a group-wide ERP platform within a growing, forward-thinking organisation.This is a key role reporting directly to the CIO, responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the NetSuite system. You’ll lead initiatives to streamline business processes, improve system functionality, and support operational goals across the business.Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and maintaining NetSuite configurations, workflows, and user support
  • Troubleshooting and resolving system issues
  • Leading ERP-related projects including enhancements, new module implementations, and third-party integrations
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Operations, and IT to align technology with business needs
  • Driving automation and optimisation opportunities within the ERP ecosystem
About you:
  • Proven experience in a NetSuite (or similar ERP)
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, especially in finance, supply chain, or operations
  • Confident in managing system configurations, workflows, and sandbox environments
  • A natural problem-solver with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification is advantageous, but not essential
