- Experience of working children and young people with SEND in a UK based school environment.
- Qualifications in relevant areas of SEND training/TA training
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with Social, emotional and mental health needs, ensuring their educational needs are met.
- Assist in the implementation of Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs) and adapt teaching materials to meet the students' needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- A creative outlook to learning - no 2 children are the same and our practice should reflect this!
- Ability to travel between schools in Cambridgeshire is desirable, but not essential
- From the day or applying, you will be allocated your own dedicated consultant to guide you through our onboarding processes to get you out to work.
