- Supporting Sales Managers and assisting the Office Manager
- Generating quotations and processing sales orders, invoicing, and credit notes
- Answering customer inquiries via phone and email
- Coordinating courses and exhibitions
- Managing demonstration equipment bookings
- Providing holiday cover for other team members as needed
- Ensuring high-quality administration across all tasks
- Experience in a similar customer support function
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) - essential!
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (desirable but not essential)
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Netsuite or similar accounting software (highly desirable)
