If so, we invite you to join Imperial College London as a Bid Development Manager for one of our Schools of Convergence Science.We are building a dynamic Bid Development Team to help turn Imperial's bold research visions into real-world impact. As we launch our pioneering Schools of Convergence Science - a cornerstone of Imperial's new Strategy - we are seeking exceptional Bid Development Managers to be part of this new team.As a Bid Development Manager, you will work closely with the Co-Directors of one of the four Schools to write, coordinate and deliver strategic bids and proposals that will help secure the support needed to translate cutting-edge research into global solutions.These four Schools are designed to accelerate convergence research, amplify global influence, attract top talent and investment, and, most importantly, deliver tangible benefits in areas of critical importance to society. The Bid Development Manager will play a pivotal role in developing compelling, insight-driven narratives that align the Schools' bold ambitions with the priorities of foundations, philanthropists, industry partners, and research funders.With an aspirational funding target of £50 million and beyond per project, this role will be central to building strategic cases for support that demonstrate how convergence science can deliver measurable impact.Announced as a key pillar of Imperial's new Strategy, these four Schools will enhance our interdisciplinary research capacity, global visibility, talent attraction, and funding, driving societal impact in the respective critical areas as follows:
