- processing registrations and deductions,
- liaising with patients when required, in accordance with practice policies and NHS guideline
- coding diagnosis, interventions and events
- update patients records with screening and other results, highlighting abnormal results to the clinical team

- Secretarial/Administrator qualification
- Experience of providing excellent customer service
- Experience of using Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience of working in a GP Practice or Hospital
- Experience of using TPP SystmOne
- Good Communication Skills - face to face, by phone and email
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- GCSE grade A-C in English Language and Maths (or equivalent)
