- Ensure vehicle and driver paperwork is completed accurately
- Ensuring all email enquiries into the department are responded to in a timely manner
- Organising store stock replenishments
- Customer service, booking and answering queries.
- Contacting other delivery depots
- Actively monitor driver and vehicle telematics and cameras to ensure routed times are being met & no breaches are occurring when needed.
- Assist with arranging servicing and repairs as required.
- Responsible for department ordering/facilities.
- Processing PO numbers for suppliers
- Maintain and update all KPI and reporting via excel
- To prepare vehicle route paperwork and customer notifications in line with daily processes.
- Processing of returns
- All other associated tasks
- Competent with Microsoft office packages and IT systems
- Organised and strong attention to detail
