Department: Water Treatment & Hygiene
Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,500 – £29,000 (DOE)

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Compliance / Operations Administrator to provide essential contract administration support to our operations team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, working closely with the Senior Operations Manager and Senior Service Adviser. This is a varied position with real opportunities for career progression.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming customer calls and log details on our 360 Compliance platformFleet administration: book servicing, MOTs, manage breakdowns, report private mileage for payrollHR administration: assist with onboarding, update HR portal with training certificatesTraining administration: book training, prepare agreements, update training matrix, compile certificatesOperational admin: arrange hotel bookings, train tickets, and lab collectionsSupport with monthly customer reportsEnsure Service Technician jobs are completed on time and reports are accurateManage consumables for Service TechniciansIssue purchase orders, assist with invoicingLiaise daily with Service Technicians and keep customers informed of job progressUpload job reports and invoices to customer portalsCoordinate submission of Legionella Risk AssessmentsMonitor project costs and timelinesLiaise with customers, contractors, and suppliers to plan work schedulesMaintain accurate documentation for job costing and invoicingEssential Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years office experienceExperience in a helpdesk or customer service rolePrevious work experience in the Water industryConfident communicating with customers, technicians, and internal teamsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organisational and communication skillsCalm under pressure with the ability to prioritise tasksProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and cloud-based softwareWhy Join Us?
