- Support the Health and Safety Manager with compliance and legislative requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop safe systems of work.
- Facilitate health and safety training and toolbox talks for employees.
- Carry out site inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on health and safety matters.
- Maintain accurate health and safety records and documentation.
- Utilize your PC skills for report writing and data management.
- Hold a relevant health and safety qualification (IOSH or NEBOSH).
- Experience in a similar health and safety role, ideally within HR.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel between sites.
