We’re looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant with Team Teach training to support students with Autism, ADHD and SEMH at a leading special school in Oldham.Start: ASAP in September 2025
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–3:30pm
Contract: Long-term, with potential to go permanent
Pay: £90–£110/day DOE (Paid PAYE only – no umbrella companies!)

- Supporting students aged 11–16 with Autism, ADHD & SEMH
- Using Team Teach strategies to de-escalate and manage behaviour positively
- Helping create a safe, engaging and nurturing learning environment
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, families & external professionals
- Supporting emotional regulation, communication & independence
- Following safeguarding procedures and reporting concerns appropriately
- Part of a Multi Academy Trust, specialising in education for students with complex needs & SEMH.
