We're looking for a full-time Secondary Teaching Assistant with Team Teach training to support students with Autism, ADHD and SEMH at a leading special school in Oldham.📅 Start: ASAP in September 2025
🕘 Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-3:30pm
💼 Contract: Long-term, with potential to go permanent
💷 Pay: £100-£120/day DOE (Paid PAYE only - no umbrella companies!)

- Supporting students aged 11-16 with Autism, ADHD & SEMH
- Using Team Teach strategies to de-escalate and manage behaviour positively
- Helping create a safe, engaging and nurturing learning environment
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, families & external professionals
- Supporting emotional regulation, communication & independence
- Following safeguarding procedures and reporting concerns appropriately
- Part of a Multi Academy Trust, specialising in education for students with complex needs & SEMH.
- Small class sizes with high staff-to-pupil ratios
