
Accounts Assistant (Part time)

- Supporting payroll administration including data entry, timesheet validation, and communication with payroll providers
- Processing goods receipts to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Assisting with financial reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment queries
- Providing general administrative support to the finance team
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts support role
- Familiarity with payroll processes and goods receipting
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Competency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a bonus
- A team player with strong communication skills and a flexible approach
