- Managing credit control and cash book maintenance
- Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
- Bank reconciliations and raising sales invoices
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and third-party providers
- Supporting general office administration, including meeting prep and organising occasional staff/client functions
- Experience in finance administration, bookkeeping, or accounts support
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive approach and willingness to support wider office tasks
- Flexible part-time hours (20-30 per week)
