- Partner with business leaders to ensure we have the best structures and teams in place to deliver our business ambitions
- Enable the transformation of our B2B Sales division, in close partnership with the Chief Commerical Officer
- Develop and deliver a robust talent management process, elevating the performance of our Lumoneers and ensuring we have the right succession plans in place
- Run the annual benchmarking process, salary reviews and continually review and improve our variable pay plans
- Oversee all international expansion from an HR perspective
- Improve our EVP to ensure we attract and retain the best talent for Lumon
- Support employee relations in the UK and internationally as required
- Support the CPO to deliver culture and change programmes
- Work closely with the rest of the people team on projects
- 10+ years of HR experience in rapidly scaling organisations – ideally within financial services
- Strong knowledge of UK and European employment legislation (inc. TUPE)
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end talent management
- Experience in reward: annual processes, benchmarking, designing variable and LTI plans, etc
- An ability to influence senior decision makers
- An ability to improve on processes
- A desire to learn and bring that mindset to the team
- A data-driven approach to decision making
- A champion of diversity and inclusion
- Additional languages are a plus – ideally Spanish or Portuguese
